Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and proven method of using the breath as an access point to the subconscious to reach and release repressed physical, mental and emotional stress, tension and trauma. Experiences range from deep physical relaxation, emotional peace, states of higher awareness and understanding and expanded spiritual awakenings.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation that shifts our state of consciousness and supports our full mind, body and spiritual wellbeing. It releases tension, relieves stress and heals trauma held in the body. Breathwork develops and heightens self awareness and deepens the connection to self and within other relationships. It regulates the nervous system and rewires unhealthy patterns and shifts belief systems. It is a holistic form of somatic therapy supporting growth, healing and transformation. The breath pattern brings life energy into the body on the inhale and letting the breath go on the exhale, merging the inhale with the exhale and the exhale with the inhale like a wave coming in and a wave rolling out.

Arriving into a comfortable space, to land and check in as your session begins. The frame of the experience, what's possible and the breath pattern will be shared before you are guided to stay consciously aware of and connected to the flow of breath, along with music and guidance to receive just what you need. The length of a session is 75 minutes.​​

Body Work and Energy Work brings another layer of depth to the Breathwork experience, in knowing that the physical body and the energy system is connected and in constant communication. Body Work and Energy Work may be offered if needed, with consent, to support the experience. This can help to encourage the breath, to increase the energy flow in the body, to help release resistance and surrender, to support an emotional release, movement of trauma and tension or to ground you into presence.

A private breathwork session is tailored specifically to your needs, providing a personally guided experience. The benefit of scheduling consecutive sessions approximately every two weeks to begin, builds safety and trust in the client/practitioner relationship and this work. The commitment to consistency offers a greater depth of healing and transformation.
