What is Breathwork?

An active meditation that shifts our state of consciousness and supports our full mind, body and spiritual wellbeing. It relieves tension, releases stress and heals trauma held in the body. It boosts our immune system, increases focus and creative flow, develops and heightens self awareness and deepens the connection to self and in other relationships. Breathwork can increase joy and pleasure, improve sleep quality, regulate the nervous system and rewire unhealthy patterns and shift our belief systems.

The Benefit of One-on-One Sessions

A private session is a sacred personally guided experience. An opportunity to create a more secure level of safety to allow for you to go deeper into your Breathwork journey, held in full presence with you.

The benefit of scheduling consecutive sessions allows the breath to do its work in session and for integration and unfolding in the space between.

The consistency offers a deeper level of transformation.

The Session

Arriving into a comfortable space, to be met and held where you are and as you are. The frame and foundation of the experience will be shared before you are guided to stay consciously aware of the breath that flows, connected like a wave coming in and rolling out, the life force energy in and through the body. The Breathwork journey is approximately 45 minutes with space for grounding and integration with tea and reflection to close the session. Our time together is 75 minutes in length.

Body Work and Energy Work

To encourage you to breathe deeper or come back to the breath if needed, to increase the energy flow in the body, to help you let go of resistance and to surrender, to help access an openness and to support an emotional release or movement of trauma and tension, to ground you into presence if needed. The power of body and energy work brings another layer of depth to the Breathwork Journey in knowing that the physical body and the energy system is connected and in constant communication. Body Work and Energy Work is offered to support the experience.


The Exchange

Single Session  $130 CAD

Three Sessions  $350 CAD

Ten Sessions    $1150 CAD

In honour of our shared commitment to support your expansion, multiple sessions are suggested to be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. This allows the breath to do its work in session and for the integration to unfold in the space between sessions -

"Consistently working with Kim through Conscious Connected Breathwork has been transformative and life changing in the most beautiful way. I have been working with Kim for over a year now in both one on one and community experiences and I have witnessed myself grow and heal in ways I never expected for myself. 

When I started my journey, I was depressed and burnt out. I believed that my worth depended on productivity and I was trying to do more and more - constantly looking for validation from others and seeking external approval and acceptance - all the while spiralling into a disregulated state of being, constantly dissociated and never present. I was a chronic people pleaser, trying to make it look like I had it all together, which caused me to come home and rage out because I had no idea how to manage my big, overwhelming emotions. Breathwork is a very powerful healing remedy and it has become an essential part of my journey back to myself. 

Kim holds space for everything that comes up in such a delicate and compassionate way. The environment she creates is so beautifully safe and supportive with no judgment at all, which allows for the freedom to be vulnerable and human. Breathwork has helped me become so aware of what I need and what feels right for me.

Conscious connected breath has moved emotions and trauma that had been suppressed for years and I have been held with gentle guidance and light through it all. Kim makes each session feel so safe for me to be with my deep, sensitive feelings and always knows the right thing to say, accepting every part of me that rises. 

I have worked through some heavy layers with a lot of movement and emotion coming out in my sessions, 
but I have also experienced an abundance of calm and peace and feelings of safety and love.

I feel lighter physically, with less tension in my body. I feel clearer in my head, which has helped me to pause and think when I’m activated instead of reacting. I have learned to set boundaries by paying attention to the sensations in my body and am grateful to know what feels right for me. I would not have the awareness to do this without the felt sense meditation and conscious connected breathwork from this work.

My heart is so much more open and I approach situations from a place of love. My communication skills, confidence, and relationships are so much stronger. 
I used to live in a constant state of anxiety. It impacted every decision I made. I don’t live that anymore. My nervous system is so much more peaceful and when I do feel anxious, I have so many tools, mostly the breath, that can help ease that for me. 

The biggest takeaway for me on this journey so far has been the awareness of who I am and what I need and the new found love and acceptance I have for myself.
