about your facilitators
Kim McConaghy is a Certified Breathwork & Retreat Facilitator with over a decade of experience in this transformational work that supports women in emotional healing, nervous system regulation and reconnection to self. Adina Potter has been teaching Yoga for six years and practices a variety of styles including mobility, slow flow and hatha. She creates a welcoming, warm atmosphere for participants and truly believes that people of every ability can find something of value from landing in their body on their mat.
